Can Muson de sa Vila is housed in a typical Ibicenc finca that has been lovingly converted into a restaurant. The charming outdoor terrace offers al fresco dining, while the indoor dining area features a cozy bar and fireplace perfect for those chilly winter days and dark evenings. As you venture further into the restaurant, you'll discover an enchanting indoor garden dining area where guests can enjoy their meals while watching the skilled chef cook on the open grill. The friendly and relaxed ambience at Can Muson de sa Vila is matched by the delicious meat-centric menu, featuring a variety of high-quality cuts and exquisite dishes. Amazing food, we loved the experience at Can Muson, great wine, good quality meat and amazing veal sweetbread. Olives were too bitter for us however it was a pleasure to have dinner here. They also let us borrow 2 wineglasses which we brought back the next day. Thank you.

I dined alone here on 7 Nov 2023. I just so happened to find it by pleasant accident. I ended up having the most amazing steak made by Federico. Everything was so flavorful & I took my time enjoying every bite. I had the entraña argentina with grilled vegetables. The steak melted in my mouth like butter it was so tender! I highly recommend anyone seeking an amazing dining experience to come here!

It is rare to have such a special Argentinian specialties cooked so well. Extremely tasty, service very present and cozy atmosphere. Really we felt at home. Price according to what you get so not a place for a 15€ meal. Definitely positive surprise on the overall quality / quantity / service / cost.

Incredible place! The ladies serving are super nice and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. I’ve been in this place several times and they haven’t missed once. Every cut of meat is super tasty and of very high quality. I hope I’ll be there again as soon as possible. Every dish is reccomended. Probably the best place or one of the best where to eat meat in Ibiza. The price is right for the quality of the food. Lovely!

Fantastic 10/10 meal. Best we had on the island. Had the empanadas to start, followed by the classic salad and the Vacio steak medium rare, and a bottle of Provence rose. £90 each. The owner recommend ribeye and vacio; My friend had ribeye. Really recommended the Vacio!

Food, atmosphere, staff, and energy were all top tier. It was such a pleasant experience throughout. I had the ribeye and my wife had the chicken kabob. I'm a Texan and I love my steak and they blew most Texas steakhouses out of the water. They cook everything over wood fire charcoal. Do yourself a favor and come eat here. Esquiel served us and made the experience feel extra special.
